Day 13 — Peace as Inner Integration
- Scripture: Philippians 4:7 — “The peace of God, which is beyond all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”
- Reflection: Peace arises —in part— from integration of mind, body, spirit. Peace becomes an outcome of the Spirit’s connective presence within us. Let that abiding aspect of Godself protect and preserve your core wellbeing.
- Practice: Place your hand on your heart for one minute. Breathe slowly. Let yourself be held.
