Day 12 — Peace in Creation
- Scripture: Psalm 23:2 — “You let me rest in grassy meadows; you lead me to restful waters.”
- Reflection: Nature restores us to spiritual alignment. Peace is ecological as well as personal. How can you connect with creation and rediscover the peace of the world outside and around you?
- Practice: Spend at least five minutes outdoors, or observing if you cannot be outside. Notice one thing that brings you calm.
