• Community Event: Post-Thanksgiving YOGA FLOW with Anjali Rose

  • Take time to slow down and return to your mat.
  • Join Anjali for Saturday morning yoga and invite your family and friends to share in a mindful, nourishing flow.
  • This grounding practice will support digestive health, lengthen tired and tight muscles, and restore balance through breath, movement, and presence.
  • Reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm through intentional practice. All levels are welcome.

  • The walk is approximately 2 miles and includes uneven terrain; please plan and dress accordingly and meet at the Nature Learning Center.
  • $15 per person/$25 per household and $5 for TMCC members
