Landowners throughout the state are increasingly facing the challenge of controlling non-native invasive species.  These plants and insects are often able to outcompete our native species and can reduce native biodiversity, influencing forest health and regeneration, wildlife habitats, and recreational activities.  Join us at this session to learn about some of the characteristics of these plants and insects, control measures, and ways to strategically focus your time and effort for the most impact on your project, property, or community. We will also discuss invasive projects in our community that are available for volunteer participation; so come join us at Ledge Brewing on April 17.
