    Meeting to review finances, operation and status of church building, administration and programs and any old or new business that may come before the church.
  • Community Event: OH MY ACHING KNEES with Barbara Gulino
    6:30-8pm • Whitney Community Center.
    Instead of accepting your arthritis the way it is, and the pain and other symptoms that go along with it, learn how to heal yourself by using food as medicine along with other lifestyle changes, and get yourself back on the road to recovery of living a pain-free life. Barbara Gulino is a life-long cooking teacher and healthy food enthusiast.

    9am • Nativity Lutheran. Waystation ‘Day Resource Center’ team members meet re next steps to kick-start this program to provide services for this homeless population.

    CASE MANAGEMENT TRAINING

    9am • Conway Town Hall. Tutorial re advocacy with orientation to and access of wraparound services for at-risk/in-need community members. Members of Waystation team will undergo this training.
  • SETUP for HARVEST BRUNCH
    1pm • Parish House. Volunteers help set up for communal meal on Sunday.

  • INTERFAITH GATHERING @ OLD LIBRARY
    8am • Old Library. Hot beverages available. Come for poetry, literature, conversation and prayer.
  • CHOIR REHEARSAL
    9am • Sanctuary. Choir rehearsal with  Mary Littlefield.
  • YOUTH & CHILDREN REHEARSAL
    9:30am • Church. Come to prepare for engagement with church friends and members during the ‘Harvest Brunch’ and share stories and insights about sacramental meals.
  • HARVEST BRUNCH & WORSHIP
    10:30am •  Jackson Community Church.

    • Potluck brunch: bring a brunch-ish/lunch-ish main, side, or dessert to share! Drop off potluck items by 10:20am, prior to worship.
    • Thanksgiving theme
    • Reflection on  shared and sacramental meals with our church youth.

    5:30pm • The Preserve in Chocorua
    Come for songs, reflections, and sharing of gratitude. Organized by member churches of the Clergy of the Eastern Slope. Rev Gail serves as one of several clergy who help facilitate this gathering.
