  • Multi-Church Event: MAKING SENSE of the BIBLE STUDY GROUP 
    6:30pm • North Conway Community Center
    Bring your copy of Adam Hamilton’s Making Sense of the Bible and your own study Bible. Facilitated by Revs Sue Davidson, Gail Doktor, Ruth Shaver. This week we continue to discuss the Old Testament (Hebrew Bible) chapters.

WED, Oct 30

  • TUNE UP FITNESS with Laurie McAleer 
    9am • Parish House. Fitness class. Free; open to public.
    Stretching and fitness workouts with certified fitness coach Laurie McAleer. Exercises can be adjusted to individual needs.
  • WOMEN’S GROUP
    10:30am • Jackson Community Church, 2nd Floor. 
    Come enjoy conversation and refreshments, sign cards to send to our young people living away at school, gap years or living and working abroad. Note: If you have a child or grandchild who would enjoy receiving a card and small care package from the church, please provide a name and address by emailing the church!

  • Community Event: SILVER LAKE SINGERS HOSPICE & HEALING CHOIR CONCERT: HEALING OURSELVES & the EARTH3pm • Little White Church, Eaton, NH
    * Directed by Rev Mary Edes
    * Performance by volunteer choir: Silver Lake Singers for Hospice & Healing
    * Donations at the door. They will also have a concert at Jackson Community Church on Sunday.
  • Community Event: BRAD TERRY HOME CONCERT with PETER HERMAN (and ELLA)6pm • Bartlett, NHMountain Top Home Concert: Hear clarinet jazz legend Brad Terry and meet his best friends, Peter and Ella. This is a home concert at  a spectacular hillside home in the Kearsarge section of Bartlett. More info.

  • Community Service Event: NEIGHBOR to NEIGHBOR WINTERIZATION PROJECTS
    8:30am • Meet at Lutheran Church of the Nativity, No Conway, NH
    9am • Go out to project sites
    Weatherstripping & sealing windows & doors. Stacking cords of firewood for neighbors. Winterizing homes. RSVP by calling Lutheran Church of the Nativity at 603.356.7827 to volunteer your time  or to refer neighbors in need by calling 603.356.7827.
  • Community Service Event: JACKSON XC SKI TOURING WORK DAY
    9am •  Check in at JXC Headquarters
    9:30am • Teams consisting of volunteers and staff will tackle trails and other projects. Trail tasks for all energy levels plus wood stacking and indoor tasks like setting up for the ski swap and organizing our “lodge”.
