  • ‘Taste’ of Louisiana featuring red beans ’n rice & gumbo.
  • Bring your bling or borrow masks and beads from JCC

Celebrate the season of Mardi Gras and Carnivale at Jackson Community Church in the Parish Hall! Bring your friends.Dance. Hang out. Savor delicious food and good fun. Family-friendly. Open to the public, donations appreciated. This festive season marks the big “Hoorah!” before Lent begins.

Annual Mardi Gras celebration at Jackson Community Church!

Live music with local jazz pianist Demarco Alvarez.

Music starts at 6:30pm. Beads, costumes, music and more. Dance, dress up, listen, and enjoy friends!

The event is free and open to the public, we gratefully accept donations.

Note: This year, to remain cautious due to COVID, we will not serve food.
