  • Community Event: SLOW WALKING at Tin Mtn
    10am • Tin Mountain Conservation Ctr, Albany

    • Join us for a slow-paced walk that takes a closer look at the world around us and explores the Tin Mountain Conservation trails in Albany, NH. Outdoor highlights include an 1800s quarry, beaver pond and resident flora & fauna, while inside the Nature Learning Center you will find animal mounts and a gem & mineral collection. These leisurely investigations of the trails, and tour of the Learning Center are perfect for all ages; you are never too young or too old to have a new adventure.
    • Program Fee: $15/person or $25/household. Members are free, so consider becoming a member!

  • Community Event: BRIDGE DANCE
    6pm (7:30pm music starts) – 11:30 pm • Jackson Covered Bridge

    • Free.
    • Join Jon Sarty and the White Mountain Boys as they lead us in a night of music, dance and community spirit…
    • Music starts at 7:30pm and continues through 10:30pm… Bridge remains closed immediately after music for clean up.  You will want to come early, find your favorite spot.
    • 6-8pm: Food: Christmas Farm Inn & Spa will offer (for sale) Clam Chowder in an Edible Bowl.
    • The Jackson Fire Department, as in the past, has been invited to do a 50/50 raffle, and sell T-shirts and offering some other fun things to help raise money for their 2023 expenses and they will accept donations.
    • Parking for this event will be marked.
    • Reserved seating is full for this year.
