- Scripture: 1 Timothy 4:4 – “For everything God created is good, and nothing is to be rejected if it is received with thanksgiving.”
- Reflection: Since nature and creation are endowed by God’s goodness, they are worthy of celebration and gratitude. We reside in this world, where every gift from God — rare or common — is meant to be enjoyed and appreciated. As we bask in beautiful spring days, let’s remember to be thankful. Notice one special and natural gift.
Make a point of connecting with nature and pausing for appreciation. Look out the window. Take a walk. Capture an image. Engage your senses. Find a reason to be grateful. - Spiritual Practice Prompt: Prepare or eat a meal with ingredients sourced from local farms or gardens and take a moment to thank God for the gift of nature that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
