5pm • Jackson Public Library- The July Digging Into Democracy program, Navigating Difficult Discussions, will take place on Wednesday, July 17th, from 5-6:30 pm at the Jackson Public Library.
- With so much disinformation, polarizing political opinions, and an increase in anger and conflict, learn how to communicate your beliefs with people who may not agree with you. Learn practical skills, strategies and techniques for a challenging political time.

- Community Event: NATURALIST LED HIKE in Jackson
11am • Tin Mountain Conservation Center – Jackson Field Station property.- Highlights include the summit of Tin Mountain, a tin mine on the property, and historic homestead, and a mountain pond. Tin Mountain’s naturalist will explain the historic use of the property, help identify plant species, and point out animal signs. These hikes are a great way to explore the lesser trod trails of the White Mountains and avoid the crowds. Participants of all ages welcome.

- Join us under the tent at the Jackson Public Library for Melodies and Munchkins a 45 minutes of pure musical joy, fun, movement, singing and instrument play with music educator Riley Waygood.
- This program is designed for children 0 – 3 and their caregivers but siblings and slightly older children are most welcome.
- Melodies and Munchkins at the library is sponsored by the Friends of Jackson Public Library. All are welcome and participation is free.

- Summer Adventures begin at the Jackson Public Library! This summer program series for elementary school-aged children (parents are welcome to join us) will run weekly from July 11th-August 8th from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
- On Thursday, August 15th at 4 p.m., we will have our grand finale, hosting storyteller extraordinaire Simon Brooks. Come join the adventure. All programs are free and open to the public. Weather permitting, these programs will be held outside under the tent behind the library.

6:30pm • Outdoor Amphitheater / Believe in Books Campus, Intervale- Uncle John’s Banjo is a band from Boston that puts a bluegrass spin on the music of the Grateful Dead

5-8pm • Start and end at Ledge Brewery- This summer, Ride the Whites, will be hosting a weekly Thursday Night Gravel ride.
- Ride starts and ends at Ledge Brewery located in Intervale.
- The group ride will feature two groups, a sporty spandex group and the party pace no drop group.
- Each group will ride between 50 – 60 minutes on Town Hall Road and turn back and retrace their tire tracks back to Ledge
