Day 10 — Peace That Frees Us from Fear
- Scripture: Isaiah 41:10 — “Don’t fear, for I am with you; don’t be afraid, for I am your God.”
- Reflection: Fear constricts the spirit. Peace is God’s gentle widening of our hearts again. In all times and places, God goes before us and remains with us. We are not alone.
- Practice: Write down one fear. Fold the paper and place it under a candle as a symbol of surrender, so that the light shines over the darkness.
