You’re welcome to join our discussion of Governance and Ministry which is the book we’re using to move along in this process. We have been operating with suspended bylaws for several years. The goal is to identify what’s working in our simplied governance structure, and explore how to improve some areas. Afterward, we can then formalize our bylaws to reflect what we have adopted and tested.
