Day 18 — Rooted Hope
- Scripture: Jeremiah 17:7–8 – “They shall be like a tree planted by water… not anxious in the year of drought.”
- Reflection:Deep roots sustain us through uncertainty. As we have discussed in prior reflections, being anchored in spiritual practices, self-care, and meaningful connection are ways to create resilience. When we cultivate these forms of faith-building, then we are more prepared when circumstances might otherwise shake or topple us.
- Practice: Write a prayer of trust for the months ahead.
