Day 13 — Rooted Like a Tree

• Scripture: Psalm 1:3 — “They are like trees planted by streams of water.”
• Reflection: Stability comes not from rigidity, but from nourishment. Deeply-rooted trees, for example, can withstand most extremes. They are tapped into a deep and stable place where core functions continue, vital systems remain healthy (if slower and quieter), and the essential aspects of wellbeing are preserved.
