An event every week that begins at 9:00am on Wednesday, repeating until October 31, 2018
Free introductory fitness class led for men and women, beginners, by instructor and fitness trainer Laurie McAleer. Learn safe and effective techniques to improve your own fitness; Laurie will spend time with participants helping each of us customize approaches to special areas of concern in our own bodies. Session is free to participants. Bring friends. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water bottle, ball, weights, and wear sensible shoes. Some equipment available at church if you don’t have items (ball, weights, stretchy bands).
